AERONAUTICAL CHARTS

Aeronautical Charts Service is a service referring to all sorts of maps used for air navigation provided that they include at least some of the following information: topographic features, hazards and obstructions, navigation routes and aids, airspace, and airports.

VFR GUIDE & MAPS

The Visual Flight Rules Guide (VFRG) helps pilots know the rules that keep them, and others, safe. It is for use by visual flight rules pilots who fly around the country. The guide has safety information, diagrams, charts and maps.

FEASIBILITY STUDIES

A feasibility study is a limited aeronautical review based on very broad, estimated, or general information supplied for the structure. The study usually addresses only certain issues; e.g., feasibility of height at a general location, feasibility of frequency and power at a general location.

CONSULTANCY

We offer a big range of consultancy services deployed by the best experts in airside planning and design, operations and safety. Consultancy on IFP design, Quality and Safety Assesment

OUR SERVICES

We provide customised solutions and technical guidance for several activities. Our services include:

  • - IFP Design: support ANSPs, Aerodrome Operators as well as Aircraft Operators to successfully implement, design and optimize IFPs (SID/STAR, Conventional IFPs, Satellite based IFPs (SBAS, RNP AR, Baro-VNAV) as well as PinS procedures
  • - Aeronautical Studies: evaluation in regard to the impact of new obstacles against the OLS and IFPs Surfaces and analysis of the changes that may be required to assure the safe opera-tions of aircraft
  • - Aeronautical Charts: in accordance with ICAO Annex 4, edition in force
  • - Feasability Studies,Tailored Aircraft Company IFPs, Consultancy

IFP Design

IFP Design is a service provided to customers in need for design, documentation, validation, maintence and periodic review of instrument flight procedures. We support ANSPs, Aerodrome Operators as well as Aircraft Operators to successfully implement, design and optimize IFPs within a controlled Quality Assurance environment. Our aim is to provide the best and most efficient IFPs with the safest methods, taking into consideration the environmental aspects (fuel consumption, CO2 emissions etc.)

AERONAUTICAL STUDIES

Aeronautical Studies Service provides to customers the necessary technical documentation to be uploaded to RCAA and whenever necessary provides customised solutions. As constructing any building around an airport needs prior approval by the CAA, to obtain it, a safety assessment on the impact of the existing IFPs is acquired. Our job is to conduct the study and assure that the safety and regularity of the routes is impacted by the obstacles. Moreover, we evaluate the maximum admissible height for each construction considering several important safety factors.

IFP Maintenance & Periodic Review

In accordance to the provisions of our state regulations, all IFPs published in the AIP should be reviewed every maximum 5 years as the environment changes around the airport. We work closely with Aerodrome Operators to ensure the current IFPs are meeting the needs of the new environment (extended runways, new obstacle, and terrain data survey). In this way, we assure that the existing IFPs are closely updated in accordance with the regulations and the costs are widely reduced in comparison to a new design.
